Most other churches, including Catholic parishes, post their December 24 times in late November and December.
Are there Christmas Eve services for kids in Nashville?
Yes. Brentwood Baptist Church says every 2026 Christmas Eve service is Family Worship, with children in the service alongside their parents. In 2025, Belle Meade UMC, First Presbyterian, Westminster Presbyterian, First Unitarian Universalist and several Catholic parishes held family or children's services; their 2026 times are not posted yet.
Is there a Midnight Mass in Nashville?
No 2026 Catholic times are posted yet. In 2025 the Diocese of Nashville listed late evening Christmas Eve Masses at the Cathedral of the Incarnation, St. Henry, St. Vincent de Paul and Holy Name. The diocese usually publishes its parish list in mid December, and this page will be updated then.
Are there Spanish-language Christmas Eve services in Nashville?
Yes, in past years. The Diocese of Nashville's 2025 list showed Spanish Christmas Eve Masses at St. Ann Church on Charlotte Avenue and St. Ignatius of Antioch in Antioch, and a Vietnamese Mass at St. Pius X. 2026 times are not posted yet, so check back in December.
Do I need tickets or reservations?
None of the churches with posted 2026 times mention tickets or reservations for Christmas Eve. In 2025, First Presbyterian Church Nashville noted limited seating for its pageant, and Belle Meade UMC asked children in its family service to arrive early for costumes. Check each church's page before you go.
Can I watch a Christmas Eve service online?
Yes. Brentwood Baptist Church streams its 3:00 PM service on December 24, 2026. In 2025, Westminster Presbyterian, First Presbyterian Nashville and Cross Point Nashville also streamed Christmas Eve services, and their 2026 plans are not posted yet. Check each church's page as times are posted.
How early should we arrive?
Churches have not posted arrival advice for 2026 yet. Popular afternoon family services fill first, so plan to arrive early. In 2025, St. George's Episcopal ran a shuttle from overflow parking for its busiest afternoon service, and Westminster's prelude began 30 minutes before each service.
How long is a family Christmas Eve service?
Few churches post lengths. Belle Meade UMC listed its 2025 Interactive Family Service at about one hour, with a short rehearsal for children beforehand, and Nashville Life Church listed its 2025 candlelight service at about 90 minutes. Check each church's page for 2026 details as they post.
When do churches in Nashville post their Christmas Eve times?

Is there parking or childcare?
